Jewel of Guardian add opt

New item options through the chaos machine specifically for level 380 items level 4 and higher (SD options applies only in PVP)
The item must be reinforced with jwl of Harmony

• Talk to the Chaos Goblin
• Click the “Item option combination” button
• Place the level 380 item, 1 Jewel of Guardian and 1 Jewel of Harmony
• Item option is dependent on the item
• Press the “Combination” button
• If the combination is successful, 2 item options are created on the item, if the combination fails only the Jewels are destroyed, the item is retained, you will not lose your item.

Note: Level 380 Items are not locked to your account since they are created using the Chaos Machine. Only the items that are enhanced by dropping the JoH onto the item are account locked.

The Higher the Item, the better chance of success:
